Lauren finished her 29th (post accident) 5K this morning. Miss Lauren was not happy with her time last weekend at the Cottleville run. Finishing seizure free is always our main focus but Lauren is still a fierce competitor. She was ready to get back out there and improve her time.
As we all know, when Lauren is determined, there is no stopping her. This morning she tied her all time best 5K pace at 10:08 per mile. Yay Lauren!
